About this Event
A body-based workshop to ease everyday anxiety.
A guided mind-body practice that uses gentle movement, breath, and journaling to help students process what they’re feeling and invite in greater regulation. Students move between what they feel now and what they want to feel, so the body learns safety over time.
Participants will leave feeling calmer, more connected to themselves, and with a new perspective on anxiety. Attendees will be reminded nothing is wrong with them and that these feelings can be worked with, not fought against. Through simple practices and reflection, they’ll build deeper self-trust, learn a practical self check-in for anxious moments, and experience the support of being seen and understood in a shared space.
Itinerary
Welcome + circle check-in (feelings + intentions)
Teaching: simplifying anxiety (interactive, relatable + practical)
Guided Foundation Check-In (build inner safety + steady foundation)
Body-Based Breakthrough session (movement, breath + integration)
Reflection, journaling + optional shares
Closing checkout (post-session feelings + one gentle next step)
