A reflective gathering for women seeking connection, restoration and renewed self-worth.Come sit with us at Spirit Rising Studio in downtown Maple Ridge for a full day focused on you.
This event invites women to come together in a supportive space to reflect on the seasons of life that have shaped them — especially the difficult ones.
Through conversation, guided reflection, and shared presence, we will explore how challenges can reveal unexpected gifts, strength, and wisdom.
Together, we’ll reflect on the past with compassion, and look for the gifts that may have been hidden within those experiences.
We will create space for meaningful connection with other women who understand that healing and growth often happen side by side.

A day full of workshops and activities led by trained mental health facilitators
