Slow down, soften, and give yourself permission to receive. This 75-minute class combines restorative yoga, guided meditation, and an extended Savasana to help release stress and settle the body and nervous system. During Savasana, Christen will offer gentle hands-hover Reiki to each participant, inviting deeper relaxation, stillness, and renewal.
No experience with yoga or Reiki is necessary.
