Get cozy and slow down at the Blue Mind Reset: a restorative practice that brings you the calm and well-being of blue mind with a blend of a mini-ecotalk by Wildbluesea founder Linda Emerson, guided meditation by Courtney Krallman and a dreamy sound bath with Damiann Bilotta.
Our time together ends sipping herbal tea, sharing our water stories and savoring the sounds of nature by the inlet overlooking the prettiest view in town. Meet new people, leave relaxed and ready for a good night's sleep.
