This special donation-based outdoor yoga class hosted by Village Yoga is an opportunity to begin the week feeling grounded, energized, and connected.

We’ll move through an all-levels yoga flow designed to wake up the body, calm the mind, and open the breath. The practice is accessible for beginners while still nourishing for experienced students.
