Restorative Yoga + Reiki + Sound Bath with Angela & Andrea

Join us for a very gentle, grounding restorative practice infused with Reiki, to help you release tension, and reconnect with your body and breath. We will finish this class with a relaxing and soothing sound bath.
Please bring your mat, water and wear comfy layers. Optional, but not mandatory, bring a pillow and blanket for the sound bath so you are very comfortable.
