Restorative Yoga + Reiki

Join us for a deeply nourishing Restorative Yoga & Reiki experience designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and support emotional and physical healing. This gentle class blends supportive, floor-based yoga postures with Reiki energy work to help you rest, reset, and reconnect with yourself.

Led by Jamie Garrison, LLMSW, a Reiki Master, certified yoga instructor, and clinical therapist, this class is intentionally trauma-informed and guided with care, compassion, and therapeutic insight. Jamie weaves together mindfulness, breath, subtle movement, and energy healing to create a safe and grounding space for deep relaxation and restoration.

No prior yoga or Reiki experience is needed. This class is suitable for all bodies and all levels and is especially supportive for those experiencing stress, anxiety, burnout, or emotional overwhelm.
