Estelle and Adam invite you to join them for a Restorative Yoga & Healing Sound Bath Experience on Saturday 31 January 2026 starting 10:00am - 12:00 noon at Crescent Yoga Studio at St Anne’s Tennis Club FY8 2QH.Your experience will begin with an hour of Restorative Yoga with Estelle, which is known for its deeply calming and regenerative effects on both the body and mind, promoting relaxation and stress reduction.
Your Restorative practice will involve holding gentle, supported poses for extended periods, using props like bolsters and blankets to deeply relax and rejuvenate your body.
Adam will then soothe your senses further with a Sound Bath, transporting you through healing frequencies with an array of sounds produced by x7 432hz Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, an Earth Chakra Gong, a Soul Star Chakra Gong and a Rainmaker.
This journey into sound allows for deep relaxation, releasing tension from the body, bringing you into a meditative state, allowing for physical and mental healing to occur once your stress has been released.
Tickets are £25 per person and there are only a few places left. Tickets are transferable to family or friends but are non-refundable.
