Begin the year with intention and joy as you connect with nature and your vision for 2026This is a gentle New Year retreat for those who want to nurture their vision for 2026 and feel inspired by nature
Step into the new year with calm, clarity, and connection. 'A Soulful Beginning' invites you to pause after the festive rush and let the experiences of the past year settle gently behind you. We will then gently plant the seeds of your 2026 vision.
We’ll gather in a cosy, firelit space before venturing into the woods for an immersive forest bathing experience, where we will reconnect with nature and with our authentic self. You will be guided through a nature ritual to support you in letting go of all that has happened in the past year.
We will return the Hall feeling rested and inspired, where you’ll enjoy homemade cake and hot drinks before a vision board workshop guided by meditation and essential oils.
Together, we’ll honour the year gone by, awaken to new possibilities, and create intentions that feel aligned and authentic

The Day:
We will begin our journey together with a welcome circle, reflecting on our intentions for the day
We will head out into the forest for our forest bathing experience. You will be guided through invitations to help you connect with nature and reawaken your senses. Expect a deeply restorative experience for body, mind and spirit
You will guided through a beautiful Letting Go Ritual with the help of mother nature. Reflect and honour the year gone by and prepare to let go of all the good, the bad and the messy of 2025
We will return to our cosy, firelit space at Lytham Hall for homemade cake and hot drinks
It’s time to get creative! You will be guided through a visualisation to help you connect with vision for 2026 and then create a vision board for the year ahead, (lots of lovely crafty materials provided!)
I will also introduce you to plant medicine that can help you manifest your dreams and support your journey in 2026
You will share the experience with a small group of like- minded wildlings who are ready to be the creators of their own beautiful life
