Why not join this beginners’ Yin yoga class as an act of self-love and self-care?Yin yoga promotes deep relaxation, stress and anxiety reduction, improved flexibility, and emotional balance by encouraging stillness and presence through long-held, gentle stretches and mindful breath work.
This class creates a nurturing environment to release physical tension and practice self-compassion, helping you to recharge, reconnect with your body and mind, and cultivate inner peace.
All classes are for beginners and take place at Crescent Yoga Studio at St Anne’s Tennis Club FY8 2QH. The yoga studio is fully equipped so you don’t need to bring anything with you, unless you prefer to use your own mat and blanket etc.
- Tuesday evening 1.5-hour classes cost £10.
- Thursday evening 1-hour classes cost £8.
- Saturday morning regular yoga 1.5-hour classes cost £10.
- Special Event Saturday morning and Sunday evening classes cost £25.
