The first module of this training is about learning Restorative and Yin Yoga as a self-care practice. We will awaken ourselves to the healing potential of rest to enhance your body’s ability to come into balance. After the completion of this course, you’ll feel confident guiding yourself and others through a gentle but powerful therapeutic practice.
The second module is about unpacking the art and skill of safely holding space for others. Caring for others is not only a way of giving back, but it’s also a form of self-care. We will learn teaching techniques for setting up and sequencing well balanced restorative and yin classes that you can share with any level of practitioner to support their health and healing.
Deepen your experience of restful therapeutic yoga, learn to design your own practice, and build confidence sharing to both groups and one-on-one.
