Join Left On Friday For An IRL Cold Plunge Party!

Join us at Cadboro Gyro Beach on October 25 for a cold plunge into the ocean and a pop-up sauna from Kaldr, plus a breathwork warmup led by Josie Lawless from Annex, and complimentary treats from Martha’s Delectables, Routine Coffee & Supply, and Blume. We’ll also have raffles, giveaways, and more to help raise money for BC Cancer Foundation. Bring the whole family to take a cold dip for a good cause!

Every year, we use Breast Cancer Awareness Month to honour our dear friend and teammate Natalie Matko, who lost her battle with breast cancer in 2022. In her memory, we raise money for BC Cancer Foundation, a world-class cancer research and care center where Natalie and so many others seek treatment.
