As the seasons shift, our bodies and minds are invited to slow down, soften, and restore.
This 4-week series offers gentle, deeply restful practices to help you release tension, support your nervous system, and find balance as we move into autumn.
A restorative yoga session typically includes just five or six poses, supported with props so that your body feels fully held. Each posture is sustained for five minutes or more, inviting you into a state of deep rest and renewal. Expect calming twists, seated forward folds, and gentle heart-opening backbends – all designed to help you recharge and reset.
