Join me for an immersive meditative sound journey using crystal bowls, chau gong and various chimes. Allow the sound frequencies to wash over you for a beautiful hour of self love. Sound baths relax the body thus aiding the lowering of stress, lowering blood pressure, heart rate lowers and the body goes into healing, allowing the cells to benefit from the sound frequencies.
Please bring a yoga mat, head cushion and blanket for comfort. Please bring water.
For anyone experiencing severe mental health, early pregnancy, sound epilepsy or heart conditions such as pacemaker please consult with your GP.
Donation of £15pp cash to be paid on the night.
Spaces are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment.
Doors will be shut at 7pm so please arrive at 6.45 for 7pm start.
