A training for Yoga teachers in the art of weaving subtle anatomy and the chakra system into your personal and professional life.
IN PERSON TRAINING

This training takes place over 4 months, meeting one Sunday per month.

12 hours Home Study

Investment: £700: £300 deposit.
EARLY BIRD £600 until 31st JULY

This is a 40 hour advanced yoga training for yoga teachers, which forms one of the modules of our 300 hour ATTC in accessible yoga and spiritual development but can be taken as a stand alone module.

Month 1:
We look at the history and origin of the subtle anatomy system in both the tantra yoga traditions as well as how the modern new age approach to the vibrationary element of the chakras has evolved.

We look at the first Muladhara chakra in detail and how to work with it in your teaching practice, using asana, meditation, pranayama, ritual, altar work, journaling and yoga nidra.

Month 2:
We look at the second and third chakras: Swadhisthana and Manipura

Month 3:
We look at the forth and fifth chakras: Anahatta and Vishudhi

Month 4:
We look at the sixth and seventh Chakras: Ajna and Sahasrara.
You will also be asked to do a presentation in this final session which will be assessed on how you can weave in this philosophy into your work as a yoga teacher.

In between our meetings at Sacred space you will be asked to do home study..this will mean research into the chakra system, required reading, setting up chakra altars and doing yoga practice based on the particular chakras we are studying. You will also be asked to journal and share your experiences and share in each live session.
