We welcome you warmly to our Sacred Space aerial yoga beginner workshop.Aerial yoga is a fun, energetic practice which is great for creating strength and flexibility in traditional poses.
We won’t be spinning around doing acrobatics but using the fabric to aid our yoga practice and realise the benefits and loveliness of being upside down.
Aerial yoga is great for stress relief, improving flexibility, balance and spatial awareness. Building core and upper body strength whilst aiding circulation and regulating temperature. It has also found to be beneficial for relieving pressure and reducing pain for certain back conditions by way of spinal decompression.
This is a prerequisite if you want to attend Ariel classes. These workshops will run monthly
