About this Event
Join us for a lighthearted and healing 2 hour wellness workshop specially created for women and nonbinary comedians: A wellness conversation led by Nicole Blaine and Dr. Neha Agrawal, Psychologist PsyD, followed by a relaxing breath experience (Sandy Abrams), topped off with a restorative sound bath (Emily Cyrier). And you can do all this… for a $10 donation to The Crow's nonprofit 501c3?! Come clear out all the gunk and brag to your friends about how you’re breaking the tortured artist stereotype. It’s a safe space to ditch the spotlight for some much needed self-love, connection, and rejuvenation.
Sandy Abrams is the author of (endorsed by Arianna Huffington, Mark Bertolini/former CEO of Aetna and executives at Google, SAP and the U.S. Air Force), 2022 TEDx speaker (“How You Breathe is How You Are”). From decades as a fast-paced, Type A entrepreneur to more present and mindful, Sandy transformed her approach to life-—and now helps others breathe their way there too. She's also Chair of the Global Wellness Institute’s Breathe Initiative and Board member of the Health & Human Performance Foundation TheCEOm.com @sandyabrams (Insta)

Psychologist, PsyD (she, her)Neha works with individuals, couples, and families. She sees therapy as one approach for an intentional practice of self and relational awareness. If you are feeling limited by your own beliefs, expectations or blurry boundaries with others, and/or constructs and constraints imposed by our systems, Neha wants to help empower you to be curious about your potential and purpose in your own life and in the world around you. Neha likes metaphors, so she'll use one now, "I see therapy as a bass line, something that maintains a consistent and reliable beat in the background while you improvise, play, and experiment in the foreground."
