This in-person event is designed to help you unwind, destress, and find inner peace. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, this class is perfect for anyone looking to relax and recharge.

Please wear comfortable clothing.Feel free to bring any props that you may want to use, such as blocks or bolsters.
