Unplug, exhale, and slip into a full day of soul-nourishing bliss at our immersive day retreat—thoughtfully designed to restore your body, awaken your senses, and gently reset your nervous system. We begin by slowing everything down with a deeply grounding Yin + Yoga Nidra practice, accompanied by live music to help you set intentions and arrive fully in your body. From there, the day opens into gentle adventure as you glide across the water by kayak or stand-up paddleboard, then soften into presence with beachcombing and hands-on, nature-inspired crafting.
As the rhythm of the day unfolds, experience soothing hydrotherapy (hot tub and sauna) that leaves you relaxed, radiant, and deeply restored and nourish yourself with vibrant, wholesome foods—wood-fired pizza made to order in our onsite oven, fresh oysters harvested from our beach, and healthy seasonal sides.
