Sound healing works directly with your nervous system, actually shifting your body out of the stress response and into the kind of genuine parasympathetic rest that makes next week's training possible.
Here's what to expect: A grounding arrival → a short body-awareness meditation → a full immersive sound bath → a gentle close.
