Under the illuminating energy of the full moon, Release & Renew invites you into a deeply intentional sound bath experience set along the coast of Laguna Beach. The full moon has long been associated with completion, reflection, and release, making it a powerful moment to clear what has been building beneath the surface. This evening is designed to support that process strongly and steadily, giving you the space to let go without force and reset without overwhelm.

As you settle into the experience, you will be guided through a carefully structured progression of sound designed to work with the body and nervous system. Layers of resonance from crystal singing bowls, planetary gongs, and grounding instruments will move through you to help loosen mental tension, soften emotional weight, and release areas where energy feels stuck or stagnant. Rather than creating intensity for the sake of sensation, the journey is crafted to feel supportive and anchored, allowing your system to open at a pace that feels natural and sustainable.

As the body settles and recalibrates, there is a noticeable renewal into greater clarity, steadiness, and internal space. Many participants find that what once felt heavy begins to feel lighter, and what once felt unclear begins to reorganize itself with more direction and ease.

By the end of the evening, you are not only relaxed but also re-centered. There is a stronger sense of connection to yourself, a more stable internal foundation, and a renewed capacity to move forward with intention. In alignment with the full moon, this experience becomes a moment to close one chapter, clear what no longer serves, and step into the next phase of your path with greater clarity and grounded presence.

LiveMetta Yoga does provide yoga mats, blankets and bolsters as a first come, first serve basis. Please ensure you bring your own yoga mats, blankets, pillows, and any additional comforts you might need.

We will have a resident tarot reader offering tarot readings for this event as well. Feel free to arrive early to receive a reading or receive one after the sound bath concludes.
