April 23rd places us deep in the heart of Spring—a time when the earth is wide awake and the seeds we’ve planted in the quieter months are ready to break the surface. This evening is dedicated to the alchemy of bloom, inviting the vibrant, expansive energy of the season into our physical and energetic bodies.

This Sound & Shift experience is a sanctuary to somatically nourish the seeds you have already planted, and a fertile space to plant new ones tonight. Clear the static from your heart space, connect to your deep internal well-spring, and do the foundational work of opening up to your own breathtaking inner bloom.

You’ll be guided through a high-frequency meditative sound journey featuring Crystal Tones® Alchemy Singing Bowls—rare instruments infused with precious metals and minerals like Platinum, Gold, Frankincense, mystic hot springs, lemon aura gold. This is more than relaxation; it is a somatic immersion designed to bypass the busy mind, speak directly to the cellular inner-wellspring waters of your body, cultivate heart coherence, and ignite the inner light that fuels your growth.
