Donation Based Beach Sound Bath

Join Kayla for a midweek reset. This evening is designed to nourish your soul and reconnect you with the beauty of nature and community. Sometimes we need to remember we have free will and we can go to a beach sound bath in the middle of the week!

Arrive 10–15 minutes early to pull cards and watch the waves. Kayla will begin by guiding you through a brief meditation, then you'll lay back and enjoy a tranquil sound bath. She’ll incorporate crystal bowls, chimes, and other sound healing instruments to support deep relaxation.

IMPORTANT What to bring:

• A beach towel or blanket
• Layers to stay warm as the sun sets

Parking: Street parking is available in the neighborhood near the beach entrance—arrive early to find a spot and enjoy the views!
