Open to experienced and new practitioners.
Join Victoria Brattini, a certified Mindful Self Compassion teacher for a half-day silent retreat (10 AM - 2 PM). This retreat is an exploration of what it means to be mindful and compassionate. Learn to rest in awareness, welcoming all our experiences with the same warmth and care we would offer friends. Participants will experience practices highlighted in the schedule below.

Light lunch and on-site parking are included with registration fee of $60.00!

Half Day Retreat Schedule:

10:00 – 10:15 Purpose. (15 minutes)

10:15 – 10:45 Affectionate Breathing Meditation (30 minutes)

10:45 – 11:30 Compassionate Body Scan (45 minutes)

11:30 - 12:15 Savoring Food and Lunch (45 minutes)

12:15 – 1:00 Labyrinth and/or Sense and Savor Walk (45 minutes)

1:00 – 1:15 Loving Kindness Meditation (30 minutes)

1:15 – 1:30 Giving and Receiving Compassion (15 minutes)

1:30– 1:40 Coming Out of Silence (10 minutes)

1:40 – 2:00 Inquiry and Japanese Bowl (20 minutes)
