Becoming Ignited is a Summer Solstice sound bath experience designed to awaken your energy, strengthen your inner drive, and reconnect you to a deeper sense of vitality. Held at the peak of the sun’s power, the summer solstice represents expansion, illumination, and the full expression of life force. This evening draws upon the qualities of the fire element to create a sound journey that feels energizing, focused, and deeply activating.

Rather than a purely calming experience, this sound bath is intentionally crafted to build momentum within the body. Through a dynamic progression of sound using crystal singing bowls, planetary gongs, and resonant percussion, the experience works to stimulate circulation, awaken stagnant areas, and encourage a stronger, more embodied presence. The goal is not intensity for the sake of sensation, but a steady and controlled rise in energy that feels purposeful and supportive.

As the journey unfolds, many begin to notice a shift from heaviness into movement, from hesitation into clarity.
