Nature reminds us that there is a season for everything—including letting go.
In autumn, the trees release what has completed its season, trusting that letting go is part of the cycle of receiving again. We are invited to do the same.
RELEASE is an intimate Fall Equinox experience for women ready to explore what they are carrying, where it came from, and what may no longer belong in the life they are creating.
Together, we’ll gently explore childhood conditioning and the maternal lineage, bringing awareness to patterns surrounding love, receiving, money, relationships, sacrifice, support, worthiness, and self-expression.
Our journey will begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, followed by guided somatic movement to reconnect with the body and soften accumulated tension.
Through the Healing the Lineage Journey, we’ll explore inherited beliefs and consciously choose what we are ready to cultivate moving forward.
We’ll then enter a Fire Purification Ceremony to symbolically release what has completed its season.
We’ll close with an immersive Sound Bath Meditation to support deep rest, integration, and connection with our intentions.
Because manifestation is not only about asking life for what we desire—it is also about becoming available to receive it.
