Join local yoga teacher Alice in an all levels flow class. Stay for a beer at Point Ybel - it’s included in your class reservation!
About this Event

You’ll work up a sweat as you move with your breath to the beat, and you’ll leave feeling more connected with yourself and the people around you.

• Bring a mat & water. Consider a towel and a coozie. Just the essentials.

• Registration is $15 and includes a post class beer! Cash or Venmo accepted.

• Note this isn't a 'free' event as it will appear on Eventbrite. We'd all like to avoid the fees! Cash, Venmo, or Zelle accepted.

• Come a few minutes early to set up. We'll end at 11:45 so Point Ybel can open at noon and we can cheers each other!
