Royal C. Gardner, Hugh F. Culverhouse Professor of Law and Director of the Institute for Biodiversity Law and Policy at Stetson University College of Law and author of the recent book, Waters of the United States: POTUS, SCOTUS, WOTUS and the Politics of a National Resource.

Matt DePaolis, Environmental Policy Director at Sanibel-Captiva Conservation Foundation.

Gil Smart, Executive Director of VoteWater and a long-time investigative reporter and newspaper columnist in his native Pennsylvania and on Florida's Treasure Coast.
