Join our free meditation group every 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month from 1 - 3PM for meditation with Rissho Kosei-kai. Meditation provides countless benefits, and we welcome everyone from beginners to experienced meditators.
Each session will be broken into 2 short meditations, with an introduction, break, and discussion at the end.
