Join me for a relaxation Sound Bath.
What is a sound bath?
A sound bath is a deeply immersive, full body listening experience that uses sound and vibration within the soundwaves from the crystal sound bowls, to encourage deep relaxation and healing to nurture your mind, body and soul.

Please bring something to lay on such as a yoga mat, a pillow, a blanket and a drink. Wear comfortable clothes so that you can be nice and cosy. There will be no hall heating (too noisy) so please wrap up warm.
