This somatic movement group practice fosters a supportive environment for individuals seeking to enhance emotional well-being through embodiment practice. In a group setting, participants gain insight into habitual movement patterns and responses. They also discover new possibilities for personal growth and change. The practice is designed to help participants examine relationship dynamics and strengthen connections with themselves and others.
The group is facilitated by a Registered Somatic Movement Educator and Certified Laban Movement Analyst. It integrates principles from Laban/Bartenieff Movement Analysis. The facilitator draws inspiration from Dr. George’s Adult Attachment Projective (AAP) assessment and Dr. Perry's emphasis on relational health. Additional influences include the "Serve and Return" concept from Infant-Parent Mental Health and principles from Contact Improvisation.
I invite you to join this closed group setting, offering a supportive and consistent container for deeper self-inquiry. Here, you'll be encouraged to cultivate your sense of agency and foster healthier relational patterns. Together, participants will explore a variety of movement qualities, recognize relational and movement patterns, and engage in group reflection and discussion. Take this step to invest in yourself—by joining, you can expect to leave with greater self-awareness and practical tools to support your ongoing personal and relational growth.

Her work has been featured at conferences, including the California Association for Infant Mental Health, the Danish Psychological Association, and the Korean Adoptee Conference.
