About this Event

A midweek 1 hour for you and your healing.

Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls allow you to fully unwind, each bowl is tuned to each Chakra, allowing a deep level of healing. During this session we will focus on the Chakras. No experience needed.

What to bring?
Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
Blanket
Pillow or cushion
Water bottle
Optional: crystal, journal

Men and Women welcome.

Children allowed if accompanied and able to stay quiet for the 45 minute journey.
