Have a go at making your own rag rug and find out more about the history of this colourful craft.People have been making rag rugs for years, using recycled fabrics and hessian to make these shaggy, colourful rugs.
This is a great way to upcycle your old clothes (especially t-shirts) so please do bring them along to include and give them a new lease of life!
This will be a relaxed-social session, including friendly discussion and a hands-on activity, with Museums’ Manager Susie Simmons.
