Reiki & Sound Bath Healing Circle

Join us for a monthly Reiki & Sound Bath Healing Circle, a restorative evening of energy healing, meditation, and deep relaxation shared in community.
These gatherings offer a gentle space to slow down, settle the nervous system, and receive the balancing effects of Reiki energy while being supported by the soothing vibrations of a sound bath.
The evening will include:
• Guided meditation to help settle the mind
• A brief introduction to Reiki and energetic awareness
• A group Reiki healing session
• An immersive sound bath for integration and relaxation
• Quiet time to rest and absorb the experience
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice that works with the body’s subtle energy system to encourage relaxation, emotional balance, and overall wellbeing. In a group setting, the collective energy often allows participants to experience deeper states of calm and restoration.
No prior experience with Reiki or meditation is required. You are welcome to simply come, lie down, and receive.
