Hatha Yoga: Open Level
About this Event
Hatha Yoga is a grounding, low-impact practice that combines classical postures (asanas) with mindful breathing (pranayama) to build strength, improve balance, and support relaxation. In this class, you’ll move at a steady pace, holding postures with awareness and using the breath as an anchor.
This practice is ideal for beginners looking to build a strong foundation, while offering variations for more experienced students who want to deepen their practice. Expect clear guidance, thoughtful alignment cues, and space to tune into how each posture feels in your body.
This class pairs with our Thursday 6:15 PM session, which follows a similar structure in a women-only setting.
Pre-registration is required to reserve your spot.
