About this Event

Open Level Vinyasa with Mano
This open-level class introduces the foundations of the asana practice while remaining engaging for continuing and more experienced students. The class is dynamic but approachable, offering a balanced practice that builds strength, flexibility, and awareness without feeling overwhelming.
We begin with thoughtful warm-ups before moving into creatively sequenced flows designed to open the body gradually and intelligently. Each movement is connected to the breath, helping students develop a deeper understanding of how to breathe properly throughout the practice.
You can expect a class that gently challenges the body while leaving you feeling de-stressed, energized, and more at ease in yourself. Options are offered throughout the practice so both beginners and experienced practitioners can find a rhythm that works for them.
This class is open to beginners and continuing students alike and is a wonderful way to build a strong and sustainable yoga practice.

Pre-registration is strongly encouraged.
There are times when class may be canceled if no one is signed up ahead of time, so please reserve your spot as soon as you are able.
