About this Event

This Reiki + Sound Bath weaves together the gentle energy of Reiki with the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other healing instruments to create a space for deep grounding, emotional softening, nervous-system calming, and higher-heart expansion.

As you settle into stillness, Reiki will be offered throughout the experience while layers of sound move through the space and around the body. You’ll be invited to soften your grip on what you’ve been carrying, release what no longer serves you, and create room for a greater sense of peace, openness, and connection.

Rather than needing to do anything, this experience is about allowing yourself to receive—to let the body settle, the mind quiet, and the heart gently open.
