The Spiritual Foundations Circle is a monthly space for anyone who’s feeling curious, awakening to something new, or just wanting to connect with people who “get it.”
Whether you’re taking your first steps on a spiritual path or you’ve always sensed there’s more going on beneath the surface, this circle gives you a cozy place to sit, reflect, learn, and grow with others who are exploring too.
Intuition Practice
This month we’re playing with intuition — those little nudges, gut feelings, and that sense of just knowing we all get.
We’ll try simple exercises, share what we notice, and get more comfortable trusting our own inner wisdom. It’s relaxed and friendly, just tuning in and seeing what shows up.
