A peer-led group that uses Buddhist practices and principles to find freedom from the suffering of addiction. Meetings offer short readings, a 15-20 minute meditation, and group sharing in a compassionate, non-judgmental space. We welcome anyone looking to heal from addictions and addictive behaviour of all kinds. It is a program of empowerment and doesn’t ask attendees to believe in anything other than their own potential to change and heal. Arrive from 6pm and ring the buzzer. No need to RSVP; meetings are anonymous.
