Join us for a rejuvenating experience at the Heartwood Yoga Institute and Retreat Center. Enjoy a beautiful morning breathing in the fresh air, meditating while listenting to the birds and nature sounds, or exploring the Chakra garden. Deepen your connection to the Earth and feel the support of being connected to all living things can provide.
We'll close the morning with an art project, making a collage of items found on our exploration to take as a memory of our day.
