Join us for a learning session, date night, or solo community hangout. Our classes are truly a good time, great vibes, and people of all levels learn and have fun creating masterpieces together.
Perfect for hot summer nights when you want something light yet satisfying, this class teaches you how to create hearty, flavorful main dish salads that require minimal cooking and maximum flavor. Together, we’ll prepare versatile and filling bases like beans, grains, and crunchy veggies that can be made ahead and mixed into a variety of salads. You’ll also learn how to craft both a classic vinaigrette and a creamy dressing to elevate your creations. Discover how seeds, nuts, and cheese add irresistible texture and flavor to your meals.

- Grain Salad
- Chopped Salad
- Classic Vinaigrette
- Creamy Salad Dressing
