This workshop is an invitation to remember.
A space to reconnect with the natural intelligence within you —
the part of you that senses, feels, perceives, and simply knows.

Guided by Wendy Hudson and Steve Hudson, this two-hour experience offers a grounded and accessible exploration of intuition and energetic awareness.
Together, you will gently explore:
✨ The foundations of your energetic system and how it supports intuitive connection
✨ The many ways intuition can be received — through sensation, imagery, feeling, and inner knowing
✨ The subtle sensing capacities of the body
✨ Practices to begin reopening and strengthening these natural abilities
✨ How to perceive energy and auras through observation and awareness
✨ The sensitivity of the hands and how they can be used to feel energy
✨ Simple, practical exercises you can continue with at home
This is not about learning something new —
it is about remembering what has always been there.
