This 6-week journey, guided by Laura, is an invitation to return to the body as a place of intelligence—
to the breath as a bridge,
and to movement as a way of cultivating, organizing, and protecting your energy.
Blending breathwork, nervous system awareness, and Qigong-inspired practices, this offering supports you in becoming more grounded, aware, and energetically resourced in the midst of modern life.
✨ The Journey
🌬️ Week 1: Breathing Fundamentals
Breathe with me
Do you really know how to breathe?
This opening class is both educational and experiential—
a return to the foundations of breath as a tool for healing, regulation, and awareness.
In this session, Laura will guide you through:
How to assess your unique breathing patterns
Breathing in different positions to support function and awareness
Gentle hands-on support (optional) to help facilitate and deepen the breath
Understanding how breath influences the autonomic nervous system and subconscious responses
You will also be introduced to:
The endocannabinoid system (ECS) and its role in promoting balance, wellness, and nervous system regulation
The foundational principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), including the meridian system
How these energetic pathways interconnect with the nervous system
Laura will introduce the concept of Chi (life force energy), and begin to gently explore Qigong—its history, roots, and role in cultivating vitality.
This class also introduces ECS breath, which will be woven throughout the entire series as a consistent, grounding practice.
You will leave with both understanding and embodied experience—a felt sense of how breath can restore strength physically and create space internally.

🌞 Week 2: The Bright Light of the Body
Cultivating inner energy
Here, we begin to understand the body not just as physical structure—
but as part of the Tao, a living system that both holds and generates energy.
Through breath and gentle movement, you will:
Explore how your body acts as a vessel for cultivating energy
Build awareness of your internal energetic field
Begin strengthening your capacity to generate and sustain your own energy
This is a practice of reconnecting with what already exists within you—
your own inner light.
🕯️ Week 3: Stand in the Light of the World
Navigating and protecting energy
We live in a time of constant movement, input, and external intensity.
The energy around us is always shifting—and it affects us more than we often realize.
In this session, you will explore:
How you are both your own light and in relationship with the light around you
How external energy—people, environments, the pace of the world—impacts your system
Practices to care for and protect your energy without withdrawing from life
You’ll begin to ask:
How do I maintain my own light when the world feels overwhelming?
How do I stay grounded when everything around me is in motion?
This is a practice of standing fully in yourself—
steady, present, and undiminished.
🌊 Week 4: Support Your Energetic Pathways
Movement + flow
Your body is not separate from your energy—
it is the pathway through which it moves.
In this class, you will:
Use whole-body movement and breath to support energetic flow
Learn how to prevent energy from stagnating or becoming depleted
Reduce mental fatigue by restoring natural circulation through your system
Rather than choosing between physical or spiritual focus,
you will experience how the body already holds both.
🔥 Week 5: Stay Open to the Life that is Yours
Working with changing energy states
Energy is dynamic—it rises, falls, scatters, and concentrates.
In this session, you will learn how to:
Support yourself when energy feels low or depleted
Ground and stabilize when energy feels too high or overwhelming
Work with energy when it feels scattered or unfocused
This is a deeply practical exploration of how to respond to your internal state with awareness and choice,
so you can stay open to your life—no matter how it is unfolding.
🧠 Week 6: Connect Your Body with Your Mind
Neurology 101 & integration
Your brain and body are in constant communication—
but often, the signals are misunderstood.
In this closing class, you will explore:
Foundational understanding of brain-body communication
How to recognize cues for activation vs. rest
Practical tools to increase mental stamina and resilience
This final session weaves everything together—
supporting you in carrying this work into daily life in a way that is grounded, sustainable, and real.
