About this Event

Class size is limited to 15 participants. Please ensure you attend if you reserve a seat, if your plans change be sure to return your ticket.

This class is an opportunity to learn basic self defense techniques and engage in empowering training dynamics. The class is presented by three certified instructors with combined 15 years of experience.

Wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes.

Bring a waterbottle, there is a filtered fountain on site.

Light lunch and snacks will be provided.
