Join us TUESDAYS in January for our 4 week yoga series, combining the healing powers of Reiki and Yoga. The group will be led through therapeutic yoga poses while Reiki is given to each person in the class.
Reiki is a technique of moving and balancing energy and yoga poses help ease the mind encouraging the body and mind to let go.
When: Monday Jan 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th
Time 6-7:30pm

Must preregister for this series. No prior yoga or reiki experience needed. Very limited spots available
