Learn the basics of linocut printmaking! Each participant will learn how to carve their own design into a linoleum block and hand print it. Supplies will be provided and includes a 6×6 inch linoleum block that will be used to take 5-10 prints to take home. This workshop is great for anyone curious about printmaking or for anyone wanting to get back into this artform.
This workshop is inspired by our temporary exhibition Shape Form Color: The Building Blocks of Composition, which features many types of printmaking.
This is an adult class and attendees must be 18+.
