Held under Chatham House rules, this roundtable is designed to allow honest, experience-led discussion. This is a curated room of experts, having the conversations we don’t normally get the time, or the safe space, to have.

In this first session we’ll explore:

✨ How do we build the right culture for the next generation of category leaders?
✨ When you are the expert, who do you go to for advice?

Category is still a relatively young function. Which means we have a real opportunity to shape what comes next.

This session forms part of Raising the Glass: The Equity Exchange, helping turn real-world conversation into shared, open-access insight for the wider drinks industry. Because knowledge should never be gatekept.
