On this informative and practical two-day workshop, Team Leaders will develop the six essential skills of team leadership and management: Goal-setting, clear communication skills, time management, delegation, managing difficult people and conflict situations, motivating themselves and others.

Team leaders play a vital role in your organisation, motivating your staff who are dealing with your customers or potential clients. Many team leaders evolve into their role, as they had the most technical knowledge for the position, however, they may not have any specialised training in team leadership, or in managing people.

This two-day course has been designed to teach team leaders six essential skills: goal-setting, planning, excellent communication skills, delegation, performance management and motivation techniques.

This course will give delegates practical tools and methods to enable them to lead their teams with confidence, whilst motivating and creating a positive team spirit.
