About this Event

Women's Health Week: Yoga & Me Self-Care Workshop
Open to Canterbury-Bankstown Women Only

Join psychologist Heba Baddah for a thoughtful and interactive workshop in recognition of R U OK? Day. Together, we'll explore how meaningful conversations can strengthen our relationships, support mental wellbeing, and help create a more connected community.

In this workshop, you will:

  • Learn the signs that someone may need support
  • Build confidence in starting conversations about mental health
  • Explore practical ways to listen and respond with empathy
  • Understand when and how to encourage someone to seek additional support
  • Reflect on simple ways to care for your own mental wellbeing

Whether you're checking in on a friend, supporting a family member, or simply wanting to learn more for yourself, this workshop offers a safe and welcoming space to build confidence, ask questions, and connect with others.

Light refreshments provided.

Note: please call the Centre at 02 9790 1378 if you intend to bring a child
