Reconnect with your body, improve balance, and support your wellbeing in this gentle women-only Tai Chi/Qi Gong class led by our wonderful and experienced instructor, Thi.
Tai Chi/Qi Gong is a gentle, flowing movement practice that supports strength, flexibility, balance, and relaxation. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class is ideal whether you’re new to movement, returning after a break, or simply looking for a calm and supported way to stay active.
In this weekly class, you will:
✨ Learn gentle, flowing Tai Chi/Qi Gong movements
✨ Improve balance, coordination, and mobility
✨ Reduce stress and support relaxation
✨ Move at your own pace in a safe, supportive environment
✨ Enjoy 1 hour of calming movement and self-care
Thi creates a relaxed and supportive class environment, with gentle guidance to help everyone move comfortably and with confidence at their own pace.
Spaces are limited to ensure a comfortable group environment.
